I would like to build lean muscle. Can you be more specific on how much protein, when to eat it in relation to the workout. How to know if we are over training? How much cardio should you do if you want to build muscle?
Im not doing any “resets” or restrictions because I came into the new year with amazing new habits from Job1 crew. I just listen to my body and do what works for me every day no matter the “time of the year”. Sustainable discipline!!!
I’m struggling I’m not sure if what I’m feeling is hormonal is it my diet am I not doing the right program 🤪 so I’m gonna start with a body fat scan through ultrasound to measure where and what I’m not doing🤷🏽♀️ to give me a starting point
I am trying to get my head in the right space to allow myself to fuel my with the nutrition it needs. I tend to watch the scale snd if I see it go up I pull back on eating. I am also trying to maintain and gain muscle. 💪
I’m focusing on exactly what you said! Gaining more muscle. Yes I need and want to loss 20 lbs. but I need to change my mindset on what I’m gaining by focusing on eating more protein and greens. Plus picking up my weights again.
What a perfectly written post. Sometimes you just end up in the right place at the right time.
I am working on closing up my diastasis recti STILL after 3 years back on my fitness and 5 years after having twins. Exercise has helped close up most of it but that last pesky inch or two behind my belly button won't seal up.
Also, it's insane how much breastfeeding changes weight. I eat better than pre-pregnancy and workout way more, but can't seem to get back to that prepregnancy weight. Or really, pre-breastfeeding weight.

Yes, yes, yes! Love this! Every body is different and we need to switch our mindsets to adding vs restricting 🙌🏻🙌🏻
As always, message is on point!! Skip the fads, focus on what works for YOU!!

Does your regular doctor do that for you? Or are you seeing a specialist? That sounds very useful.

Okay, so this all seems great, but How do I start your process you are talking about and cost of it?
