Sound advice and approach!! The fads don’t work….period. I love the portion on self-care as that is where it starts!! Keep the sound tidbits coming and get folks off of the merry go round!!

YES! Every Body is different! I can say from personal experience, once I stopped doing/eating what “I should” per fads and listened to what felt best and worked for me, I have felt amazing!

I agree with positive mindset! Even though I’m fighting a cold, I can still add gentle movement for short session of modified mobility.

I love your approach when it comes to fitness . I learned so much ever since I’m on your BOD group. Yes I had stopped listening and following these fads diet because i know it won’t work . I started fueling my body with healthy meals and prioritizing my protein and adding my daily walks beside job 1 workout . I tell you this it works you just have to take one step at a time. Lastly is makes me feel good and taking care my self care and mental health by making myself priority and make my goal as a value ❤️❤️❤️

Such great advice. I have had issues with over exercising and under eating thinking this will give me what I need only to end up hurting myself in the process. Done elimination diets to see what might bother my stomach only to diagnose myself as gluten free and dairy issues. Do I have these problems or did I create them I am not sure. What I do know if that I have found in learning more about how the body works through JJ’s groups focusing on protein and not over exercising I am feeling better. I am still a work in progress and still sometimes fall backwards but I am forgiving to myself.

Thanks for the tips! I love focusing on the positive one especially. I’ve noticed that negative habits tend to drop away naturally as I develop positive ones!
