I have done this and feel have totally messed up my metabolism. Doing programs that exclude gluten dairy and various other foods saying this will help your microbiome. Then when adding these foods back in I feel horrible. I have been tested snd am not allergic or sensitive. So I think it is just my body was not used to it snd it made me feel rotten. Eating real foods little processed as possible is what I want to try with this next round of Back to Job1 with prioritizing protein.
Prioritizing protein is helping me a long way and as I learn more about it and listening to my body . I can’t wait for this month to focus on protein and learning new recipe .
