Does anyone have a fave granola brand or a low sugar homemade recipe? I was looking at them at the store and they are all so full of sugar!

I love this so much! No one ever just gives you a detailed meal plan like this. However, I can’t imagine eating 2000 calories. I feel like every weight loss program tells me to eat 1200. Any thoughts on how to reduce?
