I’ve been thinking a lot about what it really means to train for the “long game”, not just chasing short term wins or seasonal goals, but showing up for your body in a way that supports you for life.
In the fitness world, it’s easy to get swept up in extremes. We’re constantly fed the idea that progress means pushing harder, doing more, or burning out in the name of transformation. But real strength? That doesn’t happen in a week, or even a month. It’s built slowly, intentionally through consistency, smart training, and a deep respect for your body’s long term needs.
Training for the long game means asking better questions.
Not “how fast can I get results?” but “how can I move better at 40, 50, 60 and beyond?”
Not “how hard can I go today?” but “how can I train in a way that energizes me for tomorrow?”
It means shifting your focus from aesthetics to ability, from chasing fatigue to building capacity.
Longevity isn’t glamorous, but it’s powerful. It’s feeling strong when you pick up your kids, carry groceries without a second thought, or show up to your workouts year after year with a body that “feels good to live in.”
That’s the heart behind Team Endure, my new training program on the Ladder app. It’s built around that very idea: strength that doesn’t just look good, it “lasts.”
Our first series, Reload, kicks off Monday, July 14.

What is Team Endure?
Team Endure is a 30-minute, dumbbell only, low impact strength program designed to build lean muscle that lasts.
It’s rooted in progressive overload and built for longevity combining smart programming, intentional recovery, and sustainable intensity.
This is hypertrophy training with a longevity lens focused on building defined, functional muscle without burnout or bulk. We train smart, not extreme. You’ll gain strength you can see and feel the strength that supports how you move, live, and show up in every part of your life.
This program was shaped by everything I’ve learned and lived about what it takes to build a strong body that can carry you through life. And I’m proud to be sharing it with you.
What’s the difference between JOB 1 and Team Endure?
I’ve been getting this question a lot, and I love it because both programs serve a purpose.
JOB 1 is a 4-week, repeatable follow-along program that combines strength and cardio in just 20 minutes a day, 5 days a week. It’s an exceptional way to build consistency and make yourself your #1 priority.

Team Endure is a training program for “life”
It’s not a one time challenge, it’s ongoing, progressive strength training with a clear structure that evolves week by week.
I personally design every workout and deliver a 6-day training split to your app each Sunday night, so you can plan your week with confidence.
During each session, I’ll be coaching you in your ear (or through your speaker if you prefer), guiding you through every move with cues for form, intensity, and focus so you’re never left guessing.
Unlike follow along workout videos, this is a structured plan built with precision pacing but flexible enough for you to move at your own speed. You’ll get a fresh plan every week, with sessions you can do from home, the gym, or anywhere you train.
Think of it like having me as your personal trainer helping you stay consistent, challenged, and progressing with purpose.
How many days a week do I need to commit?
I design a 6-day training plan each week, but I encourage you to start with just 3 sessions. That’s where the magic happens.
And since each session is 30 minutes or less, it fits into real life.
No fluff. No wasted time. Just efficient training that works.
What about cardio?
I’ve got you covered. With each 6-week phase, I’ll give clear recommendations on how to integrate cardio at just the right amount to support your goals without interfering with muscle building. You’ll never be left wondering what to do.
How much is it?
This is another question I get a lot and I love how accessible the answer is:
PRO ANNUAL: $14.99/month (billed annually at $179.99)
PRO MONTHLY: $29.99/month
The Pro Annual plan is 50% less, making it less than 50 cents a day for structured programming and one-on-one coaching with me as your coach. 🤯
Your membership includes full access to Team Endure and the entire Ladder app experience. That means:
Integrated rep and weight tracking to help you visualize progress
PR alerts and personal training notes in one place
Access to our Team Endure group chat (one of my favorite features) plus other supportive Ladder communities where you can share wins, nutrition tips, and progress photos.
It’s more than a workout; it’s a full training experience with the tools and support you need to succeed.
What makes this different from just working out?
Team Endure isn’t just “working out.” It’s training with purpose.
You’re not bouncing between YouTube videos or picking random workouts from a library. This is progressive, intentional strength programming built to help you improve, not just sweat.
Each week, you’ll have a clearly structured plan ready before Monday hits, so you can start the week focused, confident, and on track. It removes the guesswork, builds momentum, and helps you feel supported from the moment you start. With me as your coach guiding you and a team beside you, you're never training alone.
Try it! No strings, no pressure.
Your first week is free, with no commitment and no credit card required to start.
If you’ve been craving real results, structure you can rely on, and a coach who actually sees you. I’d love for you to experience Team Endure and see if it’s the right fit for you. We train as a team and I’ll be right there with you every step of the way.
We start Monday, July 14. Let’s build something strong and something that lasts!

JJ
