But here’s the thing: this meal plan is a framework, not a rigid prescription. It’s meant to be modified and personalized based on your own preferences, lifestyle, and fitness goals.
If five meals a day feels like too much, feel free to remove a meal.
If the protein, carbs, or fats seem too high or low, simply adjust the portion sizes.
